Comes Taft A. McKinstry, member of Fowler Measle & Bell PLLC (“Fowler”), and on behalf of Fowler, pursuant to that Agreed Order Directing Debtor’s Counsel to Turnover Retainers to Chapter 11 Trustee (“Fowler Turnover Order”) [D.E. 378], under penalty of perjury, states as follows:
Attached hereto is a true copy of Fowler’s client trust ledger which sets forth the date of deposit of retainer on November 13, 2007, received from Wyatt Tarrant & Combs in the amount of $23,579.15, which was paid to Fowler pursuant to this Court’s Order as to Security Retainer entered October 31, 2007 [D.E. #285], and disbursement thereof on February 7, 2008, to James Lyon, Trustee, and delivered to Mr. Lyon this date, pursuant to the Fowler Turnover Order.
