Its a valid count, but the biggest clue which argues against that map is INTC which has now retraced over 70% of the Feb rise. While that count still works for INTC, it becomes a much lower odds play that fresh up is on the table once a wave has retraced that much. Of course until the feb 7 low goes its all academic.
