Everything shut down monday, both sides of border ... from TDW - 'FYI: Reminder: President's Day Holiday / Family Day 14-Feb-2008 5:00:00 PM EST SUMMARY: On Monday February 18, the U.S. and Canadian Exchanges will be closed in honour of President's Day and Family Day, respectively. This is not a clearing date for settlement of U.S. and Canadian securities. TD Canada Trust branches in Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba will be closed on February 18th in observance of Family Day. TD Waterhouse Investor Centres and Branch Support will be open with a reduced number of employees.'
