That is what you and I think, but what if they've been taken care of by the nanny state for so long they literally do not know how to take care of themselves?

I've said it before, but the biggest revelation for me post Katrina was learning how many NO residents were on welfare. I was honestly shocked. I blame their politicians, their leaders and the education system in LA for that. In this case, the federal govt should have stepped in with law suits imo.
