GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: February 15, 2008 Independence Hub production continues to fall from the peak of 972,000 Dth/d reached earlier this week. Flows from the hub are down about 5,000 Dth/d today to 918,000 Dth/d. Flows into Tennessee and Transco in the LA offshore area remain relatively high. Transco receipts are up 67,000 Dth/d compared to a seven-day average. In the Texas onshore, NGPL receipts are down quite a bit from recent averages, and in the federal offshore, Destin flows are down 76,000 Dth/d from a weekly average.
