Tenet was in with Cheney-Rumsfeld and was lying for them.
Cheney-Rumsfeld were the two really in charge of falsifying evidence and making up lies to justify a quick invasion. GW Bush went along with them because they are like his uncles. And he knows he has no real qualifications to be president or run a war.

You are missing the real picture, that is what the real intelligence gatherers found out. The turned one of Saddam's generals 6-9 months before the invasion. He gave them the real truth, that Saddam was just pretending to have WMD. He actually had nothing. It was all a farce. And Bush-Cheney knew it.
