A bit of a bounce in housing prices here, and the Spring season has not yet started. housing-watch.com Very bearish bets on stock options for March. All reasons for cautious optimism short term. However, the CDO/CDS market is still getting worse, not better. Relentless selling and folks jumping out of the windows.
