my house and car are cheaper through erie insurance in pa. which is for those with good driving records. i use my corp for medical. i do not travel. i do not understand why someone would buy health insurance from aarp which is a reseller of united health care insurance.

I did go to a few weddings and found out asking for aarp rates you got them member or not, but that was a decade ago. did the motels ever ask for aarp id.? most times i asked for the corp rate, although retired, when i did travel in early retirement, at hotels and again never asked for id. It's like checking in an asking for free upgrade usually if available you used to get it without question.

why should aarp be a tax free corporation?
