I think that some of the warrant holders have started to get nervous about the viability of Oceanaut's deal. The company has filed its preliminary proxy materials, yet the shares continue to trade below their liquidation value. There may also be some concern that the shares are being accumulated by various funds. There were three amended SC 13G statements filed this week. Sapling LLC and Fir Tree, Inc. collectively own 1,960,700 shares (8.0%) sec.gov Various funds associated with Satellite Asset Management own 1,899,767 shares (7.73%) sec.gov Various funds associated with Weiss Asset Management own 3,197,901 shares (13.0%) sec.gov
