There's a line between abuse and common sense and I don't think you should tie the hands of government on defense matters until they cross it.

OK, Bush started an illegal war in Iraq based on flat out lies and resulting in worldwide turmoil, tens of thousands of deaths, etc. When you get done waterboarding him make sure you release the transcripts here first.
