Yes, been hearing follow the money for a long time with regard to oil, too.

Neither side trusts the other, no one seems to believe the other side is capable of anything but ulterior motives.

I do think that this is a lot of what's behind the Obama excitement. The next few months will either show him to have some substance, or he will lose those who desperately want an end to the current atmosphere and are willing to take a gamble on a liberal. I know I want him to beat Hillary. That's as far as I've gotten.

Thanks, all, for the input. I still try to listen to what each side is saying and then remove the parts that seem to stem from that terrible distrust each has.
