Sea Otter,

I'm not seeing any movement in homes in the Core-5 whatsoever. I check mlslistings almost daily for 3/2's all up and down the peninsula. Few to no sale-pendings ever since SuperBowl Sunday. It happened concurrently with the market slide. Bay Area companies lost billions in market cap. A short-sale in Atherton, even. Still, not many in the core-5 are making price concessions. I suspect agents are saying, "Wait to see what happens when the conforming limits change."
