I always admired the coat of paint of morality put on cunning shrewd self interest. Only Elroy would buy that!

The good thing is that now the Africans can see the competition for their resources and see the potential.

Not that Africa will become models of development. It is only one step up. African government elites will have more money to become more benevolent to the masses, which is an improvement from the past when the money was just enough to line the pockets of the dictators.

The important fact is more 100 of millions being brought to the world economy as consumers.
