ADPT is one of the perennial net-nets. Of course that does not mean that the stock won't work out at some point. I remember some net net from 1997 or something where it had languished for 5 years or so and then shoot up as a buyout or restructuring or something. Some cooking utensil company I think. :) The drawback of ADPT is that if they are on the lagging end of technology curve they may not have a cash cow business if they don't re-innovate.
