USRX---2 recent articles give a little insight---barron's article todays
edition with fred hickey of the high tech strategist---says he is long 0,
that is zero tech stocks and essentially we're headed for the cliff---
you've seen the movie countless times...drive over the cliff...crash
and burn...not a pretty picture. says USRX is a modem company,
history shows you shouldn't pay much (for them).

in new york magazine, aug12, james j. cramer writes a column that
is a good read (he's a professional money manager). this column is
titled Did Somebody Say Crash? picked out 5 safe harbors...INTC,
CSCO, MSFT, IBM, AND DEC...anyway, he mentioned USRX in the
context of they are pulling an Intel like destroy the competition and
gun for dominance ,sacrificing profits now for future market share.
CSCO also trying Intel approach to networking.

I drew a trendline from way back in 94 that touches the 33 low in
jan 96 and comes into play at the recent 46 low...under that line it
starts to turn ugly...we shall see.
