Thanks for the perfect words Rudi. I can tell you I'm very optimistic since I came back from the doctor office this week. I found out Friday I don't need to be on blood pressure medication. It came down to 122/80. Last fall I went to the doctors office for a physical. Blood pressure was very high. He had me come back for a follow up. This was the last time I went to the doctor for anything since my last physical. The last time he found a double hernia. I've lost around 20 pounds due to a competitive weight loss contest at work. Five of us around the same weight threw 20.00 buck into a pot Dec 31 (not my idea). Person who looses the most weight (not percentage) by April 2 wins the pot. I've never really tried seriously to loose weight before. I can honestly say the things I've done since Jan. 1. Not one drop of POP(soda), No fast food, eating three meals a day in moderate portions , lots of fruit. (I like to buy whole grapefruits)and a little exercise 10 minuets every other day(nothing fancy). It sure was hard to get started. I'm at a stage now the big loss has stopped. I don't care if I win, but I'm going to give it a little more as we only have about one month left.
