Maybe its a case of me giving them too much slack but I really don't think Marc intentionally duped everybody, I think he may have been duped by the people he was dealing with, I really think he had no idea how long it was going to take him to sell this process to BIG BUSINESS and then to get them to change their way of doing things.

I guess its possible that they knew but if they let on they knew then they would know they may not get much shareholder support in the meantime so it begs the question, how would they be able to keep going without funding. Either through PP or toxic funding and us longs knows what happens when you go down that road. Banks arn't really stepping up to the plate especially when your in the R&D phase.

So its a case of selling shares into the market and hope that you can start generating revenue as ASAP so your not faced with more dilution. In this case it took them around 4 years so it appears they had to keep selling shares and ended up selling so many they had to do a R/S. Lets face it, it would be touph to move the share price with a BILLON SHARES O/S.

I just hope the touph part is behind and we can look forward to some contracts/increased revenue/increased bottom line/ and yes INCREASE IN PPS!
