If its a $7.6M "TAX" benefit... then there's got to be a "likely" $7.3M in 2008 taxes right? Otherwise... where's the dadblammed "benefit?" Let's see... with a 35% tax that would be just under $21M in 2008 pre-tax operating income... that's about 7.6X the 2007 pre-tax operating income of $2.76M... WOW-L! Hmmm... That certainly doesn't sound very reasonable does it? Dang near impossible... Right? Let's see... 2007 operating income was just over 2.8X the 2006 yearly number.** But then $21M would make the 2008 average quarterly operating income just $5.25M... Sequentially that would be about 4.5X Q4's operating income. No... still doesn't sound too credible for Q1 of '08 at all. But... if 2008 is back-end loaded... with a "likely" revenue spike from the 2Mb and 4Mb units... maybe Q1 comes in at "only" $3.2M... which is starting to look a lot more persuasive at just 2.7X Q4's pre-tax operating income of $1.177M. In fact we had an even larger sequential "pop" as recently as the move from Q2 to Q3 of 2007 when pre-tax operating income jumped by a factor of 3.89. So while Q1 operating income in the $3.2M range may or may not happen... I don't see any reason to call it totally irrational or even... *bird brained*. All they need to do is cut the lolly gagging and work 3.89 times harder than they did last quarter! <Hoo><Hoo><Haa> Sheesh... I wish they'd hurry up and file the dang 10K so we can figure out what the sam hill this all means... unless it would interfere with our precious sales!! <Hoo><ack><Haa> 0\|0
