To me it looks like this company is going into the crapper! The company is completely unresponsive to it's share holders. Obviously the financing can't be going too well since it is taking a inordinate amount of time! I think the company is stalling and is in deep trouble (my opinion) as this is well over two years and nothing has happened. It is a good thing I have large gains in other stocks and I will be dumping this piece of garbage before the end of the year to offset gains. I am completely fed up. I will be happy to take part in any legal action that may (in the future) take place as a "class action" against Struthers, it's officers, and directors! Something really smells here! Anyone else care to comment? We are like sheep being led to the slaughter!
