yes, certainly quite scary. I don't understand why there has been such difficulty getting funding. It seems that other companies with less potential are getting plenty of cash thrown by vc. Is anyone aware of any issues that have delayed or blocked funding so far? By the looks of friday's SEC filing, they may be looking for a buyout around $2. There is certainly incentive for the employees to remain until such a buyout. At this point I think it would be ridiculous to get $20 or 30 mil in financing at this deflated valuation. Is the plan to get $4-8 mil to put them in a stronger bargaining position for the next round? any thoughts or has anyone heard anything on the street?
