What it most likely means is that the company may try to buy back all of their shares from us because they do not want someone taking over the company. I would expect that they may try to privatize the company. The only other thing it could be for is that the company realizes that the stock is way undervalued and does not want someone else taking over control of the company until it is more fairly valued.
