Jeff,

Maybe the problem with this stock is confusion over the
number of shares. I see in the SEC filings references
to stock option shares, Class "A" and "B" warrants, and
escrow shares which could come out if certain earnings
targets are met. Last quarter's nice increases in earnings
were ruined by the accounting of 9 million shares vs.
5 million the quarter before . I don't think the real number
of outstanding shares changed much, but the perception may be
that lots of new shares are just waiting to be dumped on the
market. With 9 million shares, the PE becomes 9/5 of 11.8 = 21
which is more like the rest of the industry. Just my opinion.
