I am disappointed that KEX / O'Neil felt they needed to try the old hide the news with a release at night on a day markets were closed in the U.S. and Canada.

I don't have notes in front of me but spoke with Graeme late Thursday. First let me say I failed miserably to explain that I felt their management of news flow and content was poor.

The Flagstaff Barite will be up to two months before we confirm the economic process. Bulk sample off to Minnesota. Permits in place for sample mining, he believes future permitting will not face significant roadblocks. Also he seems convinced he would have an immediate contract with robust economics, once testing proves viability. In his view he thought recent trading volume was related to the barite, not shuffling around PP. He has been
after Chemex regularly but no idea on Flagstaff gold assays.

They are using Chemex lab in Nev., Rosebud holes using ICP and metallic for nugget effect which added time. From what I know the holes we got last night were in the area around the former workings, most of the next holes are more exploratory to the west. No indication of outlook.

He will be in attendance at PDAC but no booth.

That is as pertinent as I can recall.

Cheers,
Ogi
