Sorry to be the one to inform you. Politicians don't solve problems, they find ways to punt them down the road a ways.

Occasionally you get someone like President Bush 43 who proposes to solve a major crisis like Social Security. Instead of find allies to solve it or even delay the onset of the problem he found many allies to create a new problem called Medicare Prescription Drug Benefits.

Don't forget that the kind of change Obama stands for was exemplified by his vote in the Senate against the Security Bill that the President needs to protect America. That kind of change is called politics as usual.
