retainer funds held by Wyatt to the Chapter 11 Trustee (Docket No. 376) and Motion for an Expedited Hearing (Docket No. 377) on Monday, March 3, 2008 at the hour of 2:00 pm in the 3rd Floor U.S. Bankruptcy Courtroom, 100 E. Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507. The hearing previously scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 10:00 am has been CANCELLED.
