Dan: I read the update. It looks as if they are stuck in quagmire. The Harmon refining group was sold (I do not know to whom) and that probably required that they start from zero on refiners. All this does not really matter since eventually they will find someone to refine the sludge, if not, they can always refine it themselves. The only question is then a problem of immediate cash flow. Having a refiner would have made their life easier. Zeev
