Todd:

Regarding CUC (Cendant) possibly being the party that will "enhance shareholder value," there was a story in todays WSJ quoting HFS CEO Henry Silverman: "We don't intend to do major acquisitions. You'll see tuck-in, smaller acquisitions." Most expansion will come from internal growth.

So, do you think that leaves NM out as a target? Would NM be a "mega-acquisition" or a smaller target? You've mentioned before that to just get the customer lists would be a substantial asses for CUC, especially for international growth, I would think, which they may not be looking for right now.

Anyway, NM pulled back a little on still no news. Any further thoughts?

Thanks,

--John
