Richard, the going concern is an issue, but I will not make much of it, since Rubin has decided to run the show and support it with its own money (he ahs another $2.5 MM o ready to get on the line if need be). I do not understand the restaurant business, and thus cannot conjure the future scenario for this one. I think this one is risky, but if it dips to 1/6, I might get in a little myself. Right now there abundant supply of stock at the 5/32 and we had our first dip below 1/8, technically, that is not a good time to jump in. The volume is glorious, though, but Frank will have to tell us how much of it is churning. Zeev
