I agree with that. When you go to the doctor to get a drug to treat the awful little bugs that live under your fingernails that you were unaware you even HAD, until you saw a TV commercial, The drug companies are out of control.

But, that can be dealt with by outlawing the advertising of pharmacueticals, which is the case in most countries. A separate issue, which can be dealt with separately. even concurrently.
