Buggi, I'm interested, whether SPSN will fight hard for its own patents. Bertrand once said, that they (SFUN incl.) have a patent portfolio, which will make it near impossible to produce this stuff in the future without violating SPSN patent rights. We will see ... I am curious about it as well. Cheapest thing for Samsung at this point would be to just buy SPSN, own charge trapping, instantly become #1 in NOR, and lock other NAND players out of charge trapping... Joe
