America ranks 2nd to Norway on per capita education spending.

Government control is not a panacea.

Think about it Ten. In Norway, they are educating a population that is 95% homogenous in race, income and religion. In some American schools we have 100 different languages being spoken. We are much more diverse in terms of race, income and religion. And if you think its not any harder to teach a kid who speaks mostly Spanish, let me be the first to tell you that you're wrong.
