Have you ever known anyone who was forced to rely on Medicaid alone?

Yes, aforementioned relatives. My dad, who was covered my Medicare, used to bitch about the royal treatment my cousins got. I never saw any indication that they did not get usual and customary treatment. They were both quite ill with diabetes and assorted other things and they both frequented various doctors and got various tests and supplies and equipment. I won't generalize from that and I don't disbelieve you. I'm just answering your question. I do know from experience that it's hard to get an appointment when you're a Medicaid patient. Beyond that, my personal experience is neutral.
