The reason I was looking at Medicaid costs was the "discussion" I was having with JF about the eight million uninsured who would need taxpayer help if we're to have universal insurance coverage. I made a flip statement to him, when he refused to consider anything but single payer, that we could put the eight million on Medicaid, which would be simple to do and not so disruptive. So I was researching to see what that might cost.
