OK. Believe it or not, I saw that part ;-) It's probably as good as any other number promoted thus far, but I'm not convinced expansion of coverage will not end up with expansion of benefits. One easy example: Well-baby care. Who is going to vote against that? They won't. What you are suggesting is worth considering, I agree, but it is not going to be enacted given the current players of the game.
