There is nothing unclear or difficult about that statement. If you do not understand the subject and are over your head then you can simply say so and depart the field.

You shouldn't try and mask your lack of understanding by blaming other people for your shortcomings. If you have a specific question I will answer it for you but such generalized hand waving is a waste of time.

P.S. Congratulations on descending to the level of two of the stupidest people on this thread.
