Clinton's South American Economic Summit

two thoughts occurred to me that I'd like to share.
first, consider that overall Wall street attention
may be paid to Brazil during Clinton's visit, and
VTCH is a nice play for that country. secondly,
the news today reported that major economic countries
in South America don't seem eager for many trade
deals with each other, or the USA as they feel they
cannot compete in an open market environment. This
approach may be consistant with many posts that point
to VTCH's advantage in the Brazil market as a related
and connected insider, who's current closed market
environment will preclude the Compaq's of the World
from usurping their position in the Brazilian market
anytime soon. Just thought some might enjoy my spin.
