Ultimately the looney left will continue to make energy investing hugely profitable. In many ways you are my best financial friend.

A few refinery facts:

Off the top of my head Marathon has implemented to major expansions at brown field sites - do you know what a brownfield is?

csmonitor.com

cbsnews.com

sfgate.com

BP has tried to expand their Whitting Refinery near Chicago - the expansion and the good jobs that go with it have fallen victim to opportunistic politicians.

Refining is attracting investment and trying to attract more.

For some refineries are an economic necessity - for others they are convenient political tools.

The looney left like you love the tool - the populace is so dumbed down - they follow. Just look at the wild promises Obama is making - and people are believing. He has no need to move so far left - unless he is simply revealing where he is.

Ultimately the looney left will continue to make energy investing hugely profitable. In many ways you are my best financial friend.
