Former Attorney General John Ashcroft to Join in Celebration of NASDAQ Capital Market Listing

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Ally, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGLY - News), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Stanton E. Ross, will ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell on Thursday, February 28, 2008. The event represents a celebration of the Company's listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market earlier this year.

Mr. Ross will be joined at the opening bell ceremony by other Digital Ally executives, members of the Board of Directors, and former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft, who is a member of the Company's Advisory Board.
