James, I am not sure of the exact dates, but Costello indicated that they would try to have the injunction extended to Acquarius "within a month" of the Appeal court decision. I am not sure at what stage the criminal proceedings are. If anyone knows of a site or any other source of information to determine the status of the criminal proceedings I am sure that many here would be very interested to learn more. I am sure CDN is pushing the civil matter as hard as he can, 'and I am also sure that AVNT is in delay mode. Ron
