You deny Broaderrick swore under oath Clinton never touched her in her life? If you do, you're either ignorant or a liar. I never make anything up, lady. This is trial transcript under oath. Juanita Broadderick was also recruited and paid off to lie a year later by Newsmax owner and Gulf Oil heir Mellon-Scaife, who had Anne Coulter in his employ to write up phony testimonies for Broaderrick and Jones. The point was never to win these frivilous lawsuits, the point was to file them, get publicity for the false charges, then get the rightwing media to repeat the smears over and over until idiots like you believed them. It worked. It damaged Clinton's reputation, though he nevertheless left office with the highest approaval rating of any modern president.

So what was Clinton actually guilty of? Not much. Cheating on your wife isn't illegal and all the top GOP accusers seemed to be doing it at the time as well. Clinton never had sexual intercourse with Lewinsky, he turned her down. So he thought he could get away with saying "I did not have sex" and be technically telling the truth. But the real question is, why was he being asked that no-win question to begin with? It's called a rightwing smear campaign. That's all it ever was.
