BC, The ME couldn't sell water in the desert without the help of major global corporations. Even if they could now, they wouldn't be able to do so under the leadership of the type of people that would come to power when we left. I don't like it this way. I wouldn't have put the world into this position to begin with. I don't agree with many if not most of our decisions to interfere, but I understand our presence. The world is in this position now and at some point you have to deal with reality or be willing to accept the consequences (global depression or a Russian/Chinese takeover of our position). By the way, I drive a Saturn and guarantee I use less gas and oil than you. ;-)
