Sure it is. We are better than the terrorists and we should not become as evil as they are because we want to play John Wayne. Otherwise, there is no real America. BTW, John Wayne played John Wayne, too. When WWII hit, he chickened out. He used to tell a lie about being too old to join. Lots and lots of brave Americans who were older than him volunteered and many lost their lives.
