I think New York is winner take all, and that will help Clinton, but several of the other states that she projects to win are not. So if she wins by say 54-46 she doesn't gain as much ground as you might think just from reading a headline like "Clinton wins California".

I probably want Clinton to win the nomination. If I assumed a zero percent chance for the Republican to win, I'd probably want Obama to win the nomination, but I think McCain has a chance against Clinton.

OTOH I don't like McCain much either, so its not like I will be happy whoever wins.
