Jeesh, Style. What crawled up YOUR butt? Ask a simple question.....Get a simple answer I guess. For many of us peons, 56k is the fastest alternative available AT THIS TIME. I have ISDN available, but at exorbitant prices. I also travel alot and have to use the simplest option available. (modem) Since an x2 is available for approx. the same price as a 28.8 or 33.6 and is substantially faster, well it don't take rocket science....... Sorry you're not feeling well. (OTR?) Looking forward to hearing from you when you're feeling better. Condolences Jeff
