Yes, Obama would disarm most terrorists or potential terrorists just by being elected. It doesn't mean we won't have to go in and kill the rest, but it does mean that the entire Muslim world will suddenly see the USA in a very different and more favorable light.

Remember, Bush-Cheney are really gasoline on the fire of anti-Americanism. Once they decided to invade Iraq based on packs of lies, they played right into Osama Bin Laden's hands by making his predictions come true. Bush forced Iranians and Palestinians to elect radicals. And he has also alienated most of our allies. So we definitely need a 180 degree different kind of approach, especially since our military is exhausted, our country is near broke and we're out of fresh troops.
