I felt the same way about some touted Yellowtail wine I bought last week. Many of their wines are ok, but just barely. I have liked their Shiraz/Grenache blend in the past, but the sauvignon blanc went down the drain. My home-made stock would not tolerate it. It was not spoiled, just a thin, manipulated and perhaps adulterated (added flavor) SB wanna be. There was nothing in it that could compare to even the cheapest NZ sauvignon blanc. MP
