A recent president was impeached for "lying about sex." He was impeached for perjury in a sexual harassment case. If you think such cases should not be brought, change the law and make sexual harassment lawful. Neither the legislative nor the judicial branches can compel a president to testify under oath, so if Clinton hadn't submitted to it and lied, the perjury wouldn't have happened.
