Gotcha. I read that as 15/16th, which is ninety some percent, or 15/16th percent, which is less than one percent, so I wasn't sure what component you were referring to. Particularly when followed by "The bottom 10% of that population are people with annual incomes of $100,000 per year. The bottom ten percent of ninety percent of something. Or maybe ten percent of the bottom one percent of something.

So I still don't get it.
