The CEO does not know the date. The only thing certain is the 10k's for last two years will be filed. There are two contracts that will be signed as per CEO's phone conversation. It is for certain. The share price will react favorably to both releases.

TBL-another project announcement may be coming out sooner than the resort deal. Word is the Gov. has stamped their approval. Company says they have funding to build starting early next year. All signs point to revenues and a surging share price.

Bermuda incorp. has cleared, next steps are filing the 2 yr audits, having a bod meeting and putting out a press release. All shares in gcc will be re-issued 1 for 1 with new name-greaterchinaLTD. No debt, over $6 million in carry-over loss, 4 active deals and listing on the NYSE before the year is concluded.
Too bad for that 25k sale on a margin call-some investors are really dumb!

Now what exactly has changed here to have the company FINALLY produce the 10Q's and 10K's??? Do tell! I have no idea who these posters are that are posting this type of information - never saw a disclosure anywhere - but I do believe the posts are a tad deceitful - IMO. I wonder if the company was aware they were posting this type of information??
Now how many CONTRACTS are signed now - 1 - 2 - 4- 6??
