Many laws have been or are unenforceable, but most law-abiding folks like NRA gunowners claim to be, do obey the laws....no so?

Should you be able to make an unregulated sale of gun to any stranger, family member, or friend who may be a moron or maniac? Or a depressed family member of friend who uses it to commit suicide? And takes his family with him? I believe the Northern Illinois and West Virginia shooters bought their guns at gun shows......and after killing many innocents they committed suicide.
